This darling little Halloween house was created using the Basic Chipboard Gingerbread House Kit and decorated using Cricut- Mini Monster Cartridge.
I created this house using the Basic Chipboard Gingerbread House Kit and elements from both Cricut's October 31st cartridge and Happy Hauntings.
This house was also created using the same elements as the Particularly Creepy House except this time I used the Funky Little Chipboard Gingerbread House Kit
This fun little house began with the Basic Chipboard Gingerbread House Kit. I cut off the bottom row of windows to create a single story house and decorated using the Cricut- Christmas Cheer and Christmas Noel cartridges.
Using the Basic Chipboard Gingerbread House Kit this holiday house was decorated using Cricut-Christmas Noel cartridge. Shingles were cut from the George Basic Shapes.
This little holiday chapel was created from the Chipboard Gingerbread Chapel Kit. It was painted white and covered in snow. The chapel was illuminated to show off the tiny little candle embellishments in the windows.
I used an Iddie Biddie Chipboard Gingerbread House for this little Valentine house. It is embellished with crystal studded flowers and drizzled with snow for a shimmery effect.
This Funky Litle Chipboard Gingerbread House is sparayed dark blue and decorated using Cricut- Mini Monsters cartridge.
This Iddie Biddie House Chipboard Gingerbread House is decked out in black and white crystal studded flowers and dusted with black shimmer for the perfect valentine for a special guy.

Meet Karin
When I retired after 18 years as a director at a very busy YMCA, my husband jokingly told
friends my new mantra was “retired…let’s do lunch”.
Although, my first goal was to get years of photos in scrapbooks, I spent most of my new
found time making cards, tags, invitations and an occasional photo journal.
The holidays are my favorite time of the year and I love all the old fashioned traditions that go along with that ... including making gingerbread houses. I started making these holiday treats with my children when they were young and it soon became a family tradition. They were SO much fun to make but, it seemed like a lot of work just to toss at the end of the season.
I decided to merge my love of Gingerbread Houses and my passion for paper crafting.
That was the birth of the chipboard “Gingerbread” House. Encouraged by family & friends Retired...Let's Do Lunch was born. I still haven’t gotten to the scrap books… maybe when I retire!
