WHOLESALE INFORMATION

Minimum Order(s)

Opening orders are $100
Re-orders are $50

New Accounts

To become a R…LDL wholesale customer fax or mail a completed a signed wholesale application, as well as a copy of your Re-sale Certificate and a completed Tax Exemption Certificate (California deliveries only) to R…LDL (see contact information below). A signed application must be received to establish your company as a wholesale customer.

Re-Sale Certificate/Sales Tax License

Sales tax will be charged on all orders shipped within the state of California unless a California Sales Tax Exemption Form (along with a copy of your Re-Sale Certificate) is on file prior to shipping.

30 Net

International accounts require prepayment. For U.S. accounts, a credit application must be completed, signed and faxed or mailed to Retired…Let’s Do Lunch. New stores must be in business at least one year in order to apply for credit terms. Prepayment is required for all orders or partial orders exceeding credit limit. Re-orders that cause the credit limit to be exceeded will be held pending the pay-down of previous balances. Invoices are due within 30 days of date of invoice. Orders for accounts over 5 days past due will be held pending payment of past due amounts. Finance charges will accrue at the rate of 1.5% monthly (18% annual) on past due accounts. Accounts delinquent past 30 days will result in revocation of credit terms and collection. Accounts not paying within terms of credit will revert to prepay. Orders will not be shipped on past due accounts.

Credit Cards

A $30 fees is charged for declined credit cards and any discounts applied to order will be void. Orders with a declined credit card will be put on hold for 30 days during which time you may provide alternate payment. If the card does not approve within 30 days or you have not provided an alternate form of payment the order will be cancelled.

For security reasons we do not keep credit card information. You will be required to provide a current credit card number each time an order is placed.

Pre-Pay Check

A $30 fee will be charged for any returned check. Orders will be shipped once checks have cleared.

Backorders

If backordered items will not be available to ship within 120 days, orders will be cancelled unless R…LDL is notified. You will not be charged (shipping included) for any backorders until they are shipped.

Shipping

Standard UPS shipping rates will apply to all orders, including international orders. Shipping carrier is subject to change without notice.

Damages/Shortages

Damages or shortages must be reported within 5 (five) business days of receipt of goods in order fro a claim to be honored. Credit for damaged products will be honored only if the original packaging is retained for inspection.

Order Changes/Cancellations

Changes to or cancellation of orders must be received in writing prior to shipment. Any specials applied to an order will be void and can not be carried over to another order.

Rush Orders

We are happy to expedite you order upon request. However, a 15% Rush Fee will be applied. This fee is in addition to any expedited shipping charges.

Restock/Returns

A 15% restocking fee will be charged on returns for any reason other than damage, defect or our error. Returns for any reason other than damage or our error must be received by R…LDL within 30 business days from date of original shipment.
